Clinic Facilities Director
Erik was born and raised here in Central Florida. From the very beginning Erik has always been very active in helping children working in the D.A.R.E. program, Lake Aurora summer camp program, and youth programs at his church. After school Erik enlisted in the Air Force National Guard where he has supported and managed multiple Operations domestically and internationally. While in the Air Force, he earned a degree in Aviation Maintenance & Management and achieved the rank of Master Sergeant.
During his over fifteen-year career he has achieved multiple recognitions including the Air Force Commendation Medal and the Superior Performer as a key factor for achieving an Outstanding Unit Award, a first in the Air Force National Guard. He has also worked in State Disaster Relief management during hurricanes to deliver water and supplies to families in need. Erik then went on to be a maintenance program supervisor for a major airline where he oversaw facility management, day to day operations and scheduling of all aircraft and mechanics.
He was instrumental in working with the FAA to implement and design a maintenance on-the-job training program and a maintenance handbook. Erik truly loves giving back to his community. He also loves spending time with his family, traveling and the outdoors. Erik is thrilled to be part of the TLC team.
