Michelle Garcia Mendoza, M.A., CF-SLP is a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow who is passionate about helping children discover the joy of communicating and building meaningful connections with the people around them. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Central Florida in 2022, followed by her Master of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida in 2025. She has experience across medical, early intervention, and outpatient pediatric settings. She has worked extensively with infants and toddlers who are deaf or hard of hearing, as well as those with a variety of communication disorders, delays, or deficits. She partners closely with families, supporting communication development during everyday routines and empowering caregivers to be active participants in their child’s growth. Committed to providing evidence-based, family-centered care that celebrates each child’s unique strengths. Michelle is fluent in English and Spanish and has intermediate proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL), allowing her to connect with families from diverse linguistic and communication backgrounds.
