Erika is a dedicated bilingual patient coordinator who has been proudly serving at our pediatric therapy clinic for nearly 9 years. She is passionate about helping patients and their families access the care they need, offering compassionate support and answering questions with patience and clarity—both in English and Spanish.
One of Erika’s favorite parts of her role is seeing the amazing progress each child makes from start to finish. Being part of that journey fills her heart with joy and reminds her why she loves what she does.
Outside of work, Erika is a proud mother of one and enjoys creating lasting memories with her family. Whether it’s spending quality time with loved ones or simply being present in the moment, she values connection and kindness in all areas of life.
