Mesha Alexander is a registered and licensed occupational therapist committed to helping children reach their fullest potential through evidence-based research and the power of play. She earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Gannon University and her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Occupational Therapy from Florida A&M University.
Born and raised in Orlando, Florida — “The City Beautiful” — Mesha has a passion for supporting children with Autism, Down Syndrome, sensory processing challenges, and Developmental Coordination Disorder. She focuses on creating engaging, individualized therapy sessions that foster skill development, confidence, and independence.
Outside of work, Mesha enjoys exploring new hobbies, spending time outdoors, and staying active through hula hooping. Her dedication to lifelong learning and her playful approach to therapy allow her to build strong, meaningful connections with the children and families she serves.
