Wesley Paul brings about 20 years in the human services field to TLC Pediatric Therapies.
Wesley has extensive experience managing multi-site clinics including most recently as a Regional Director of the State of Florida for 15 Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology clinics. He has also worked as a Regional Director of Pediatric Therapy with 15 clinics throughout Florida which included TLC Pediatric Therapies.
He also has over 12 years in the Behavioral Healthcare field where he worked as a Pediatric Behavior/Inclusion Specialist, Human Resources Manager, Assistant Hospital Administrator, and the Associate Vice President of Business Operations where he oversaw all company operations including seven outpatient behavioral health clinics.?
In these roles he had direct oversight of operational efficiencies, strategic planning, utilization management, medical records, balanced scorecard, and the analytics and informatics EMR system. Wesley believes in a service-focused systems view of operations where everything begins and ends with the experience of the patients.
Wesley’s Human Resource experience has been recognized by Local and State Affiliates of the Society of Human Resource Management. He held multiple leadership positions in Lake and Sumter County Human Resource associations. He was also a part of the State Conference Team in developing multiple HR Florida conferences. Wesley holds a Certified Professional in Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resource Management as well as a Professional in Human Resources by the HR Certification Institute.
Wesley obtained a Master of Business Administration from Florida Southern University, but his passion will always be in the human services field that was developed through his completion of a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Central Florida.
